How to Install ESPN+ on Sharp Smart TV
ESPN+ provides both monthly ($10.99) and yearly plans ($109.99). Visit their official website and sign up for the membership you want. Before we get into the installation process, ensure your Sharp TV is connected to WiFi at all times.
Sharp Android TV
1. Turn on your Sharp TV, and when the home screen is displayed, go to the Apps tab.
2. Navigate to Google Play Store and open the application.
3. Tap the Search icon, type in ESPN on the search bar, and select the app from the results shown.
4. When the app page opens, hit the Download button to initiate the process.
5. After downloading the app, launch the ESPN app and go through the activation process.
Sharp Roku TV
1. Power on your Sharp Roku TV and ensure you are connected to a stable network.
2. Hit the Home button on your Sharp Roku TV remote to bring up the options and choose Streaming Channels.
3. Tap the Search Channels option and enter ESPN in the given space.
4. Choose the ESPN app from the results to open the app page.
5. Tap on the Add Channel option and launch the app once it has been added to your Sharp TV.

1. Switch on your Sharp Google TV and check if the connected internet network is strong and stable.

4. Since there is no dedicated search option on AppsNow, you must manually search for the ESPN app using the Filter and Category option.
5. Tap on the ESPN app and press OK.

Note: If you cannot find the ESPN app on AppsNow or the VEWD App Store, update your Sharp TV firmware and check if it has been added. Alternatively, try casting or screen mirroring the content.
How to Activate ESPN+ on Sharp Smart TV
After installing the app, you have to activate it on your TV to access its content.
1. After opening the app, tap the Settings icon and click the Account Information option.
2. You can either log in using your TV Provider account or ESPN+ account. Options for both will be provided.
3. If you have a TV provider subscription, click on the Provider Account option and enter your account credentials to stream F1 races.
4. On the other hand, if you have an ESPN+ subscription, click on the ESPN Account option.
5. Provide your ESPN+ account credentials if prompted, and the screen will display an Activation Code and a link.
6. On your Smartphone or tablet, open the ESPN activation site (https://www.espn.com/activate).
7. Enter the activation code displayed on your Sharp TV in the given space and tap the Continue button.

No, the ESPN app does not support AirPlay. Instead, you can Screen Mirror the Formula 1 race events on your Sharp TV. Even though the ESPN+ has no separate option to screen mirror, Apple users can make use of the Screen Mirroring feature on their devices. How to Fix the ESPN App Not Working on Sharp Smart TV
If you have downloaded the ESPN app on your Sharp Smart TV, but the app keeps freezing or crashing all the time, try our troubleshooting techniques to resolve the problem.
- Check if your internet connection is strong and stable. Only then you will be able to stream the races without any interruption.
- Check your ESPN+ subscription status. If it has expired, renew your plan to watch the content.
